Do Not Drink … Gamble!
October 26th, 2026 by Kirsten

If you enjoy a beverage every now and then, keep your cash at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your evening bag, your billfold, and leave all money, plastic credit and chequebooks back at the hotel. Only take whatever money you anticipate to use on refreshments, tips and few dollars you intend to squander and keep the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can have a win following a drunken night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hit a marathon toss at a hot craps game. Don’t forget that account seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and wager. The two simply do not mix.

Keeping your moola back at the hotel is a tiny bit dramatic, but defensive measures for drastic actions is essential. If you bet to profit, then don’t drink and play. If you like to throw aside your $$$$ nary a worry, then consume all the gratis beer you can handle, but do not carry charge cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your befuddled self squanders everything!

Permit me to take this 1 step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then go on to the internet to bet in your best-liked internet casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my abode, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can not drink alcohol and bet.

How come? Although I do not drink alcohol a lot, when I consume alcohol, it is clearly adequate to befuddle my judgment. I bet, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. When mixed, both create a decimating, and costly, drink.
