Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Gamble!

If you like to have a cocktail ever so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your evening bag, your billfold, and leave all money, credit cards and cheques at home. Only take only the money you anticipate to spend on beverages, tips and few dollars you intend to squander and leave the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You can experience a success after a drunken night out with your acquaintances and be blessed sufficiently to hit a long roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that adventure because it is as brief as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and gamble. The two simply don’t mix.

Keeping your cash back at the hotel is a little drastic, but defensive measures for dramatic behavior is a requirement. If you wager to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you like to toss aside your $$$$ without a worry, then consume all the gratis beer your stomach can handle, but do not pack plastic credit and checkbooks to toss into the mix of following losses after your drunken self throws away all the cash!

Let me to carry this a single step further. Don’t drink and then hop on the web to bet in your best-liked casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my apartment, but considering that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink and wager.

What’s the reason? Even though I do not drink alcohol to excess, once I drink, it’s clearly enough to blur my common sense. I bet, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. Both make for a dangerous, and crazy, drink.
